Winters Longest Lunch
Held in August was a huge success, with guests attending from as far as Abu Dhabi, Italy, Sydney, Melbourne and throughout the state.
The 7 course degustation menu, complimented by the finest wines was a celebration about everything produced from Tasmania's East Coast. The 60 guests relished the atmosphere and the service. The guest Chef from Sydney, Tim Ditchem, created a stunning menu using the best of our east coast's produce.
The day was hosted by wine expert Kirk Denne and attended by wine makers, vineyard owners and cheese maker, all representing their products used on the day.
This event will be held annually and planned again for August 2012.
Brewer for a Day
Join Briggsy for the brewing experience of a life time. Learn all about beer and how to make a real one! Help him mash in and go thru the whole brewing process- he may even get you to help bottle.
Full Day including lunch, tastings, a t-shirt and a carton of stubbies to takeaway $200 per person.
