Our Chefs have put together a menu that uses the freshest, regional produce Tasmania has to offer. Matched with the country’s finest wine and exceptional service from our experienced staff, so join us at Le Blanc, relaxed eloquent dining at its best.
Due to our dishes being lovingly prepared and delicately handcrafted, large groups with numbers over 25 may select a set menu by prior arrangement.
To ensure that all our guests receive a high standard of service, bookings are preferred and can be made at reception or by phoning (03) 6372 2228.
