Shipping & Returns

Shipping within Australia

All product and shipping prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We charge the following flat rates for shipping within Australia:

  • Letter - $1.20 per item
  • Light Parcel - $6.00 per item
  • Heavy Parcel - $10.30 per item
  • Wine Box - $21.50 per item

Courier and Pickup within Australia

Items which are perishable or too large to be sent by post will be sent by Courier (we will advise you of the cost up front).

You are also welcome to pick up your order in person from White Sands Resort, just give us a call first on (03) 6372 2228.

International Shipping

Due to the fluctuations in currency conversions and postage taxes the shipping costs for International addresses are calculated on an individual basis.

Combined Shipping

We don't have combined shipping as such, but we do offer the following volume discounts to help offset the cost to you of shipping multiple items.

  • A 10% discount when purchasing from 3 – 10 products in the same shipping category*
  • A 30% discount when purchasing from 11 – 20 products in the same shipping category*
  • A 40% discount when purchasing from 21 – 30 products in the same shipping category*
  • A 50% discount when purchasing more than 31 products in the same shipping category*

* The shipping category is the size of parcel needed for that product, i.e. Letter, Light Parcel, Heavy Parcel and Wine Box.

Returns

We accept returns provided the item is:

  • Not a perishable item such as food or alcohol.
  • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt less than 12 months old.

If you're returning an item you will need to pay for the return shipping costs yourself. If the return is due to an item being faulty, or if we sent you the wrong item, we will your refund your return shipping costs in addition to the product purchase price.

Refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account from which the original purchase was made.
